WHO SHOULD ATTEND

NEGOTIATION
Empowering Women to Ask…Learning the Art of Negotiation

Tired of being paid less than your male co-workers? WE ARE !

Tired of feeling there's little or nothing you can do about these salaries disparities? WE ARE !

Tired of feeling insecure about your abilities when negotiating with a client, a customer, a friend or family member? TOO MANY WOMEN ARE!

Want to change that? We do and we know we can. HERE'S HOW!

Women Don't Ask But We're About To!, a full-day seminar, is designed to assist women in acquiring the practical art of negotiation. This seminar will include a review of the findings in Women Don't Ask and an introduction to the theory and practice of negotiation, based on the classic best seller Getting to Yes. Following the introductory material, attendees will engage in an interactive program with exercises in which participants, paired, will negotiate with one another.

Outcomes, obstacles, and key learning concepts will be shared among the group by discussing each participant's process of negotiation, her outcome and how close she managed to get to “yes”. The final section of this program will identify ways in which participants will be able to apply their new negotiation skills to better their professional career and interpersonal relationships.
